This session will provide you with an opportunity to translate research into action and impact. Together, we will engage in a design exercise to generate actionable ideas that you can take back to your workplace to build workplaces where all people can thrive – whether you are in a hybrid work environment, a fully remote office, or undergoing other changes in the way people work in the wake of the pandemic. We will practice incorporating perspectives and concerns for employees who may be currently missing from our efforts. This session will be useful for folks in all roles in the organization; you have a key role to play in designing and enacting actionable solutions that increase inclusion in micro-moments.
